This workshop is suitable for someone who has never made sourdough before or for those you have tried it but failed. You will make the dough at the workshop, take it home with all instructions and bake your loaf next morning for your Sunday lunch.

$80 per person for the Beginners Workshop.
You will get all ingredients, a proofing basket, a dough scraper, your own sourdough starter, foolproof recipe and instructions.

The workshop takes 2,5 hours. It starts at 3pm and usually finishes at 5.30pm. You'll have to work on your dough until 8.30pm after the workshop so keep that in mind when you make plans for your Saturday night, please!
You'll bake your bread the next day in the morning or at the lunchtime.
2 L container for your dough - plastic, glass or porcelain with a lid. It can be a pot with lid.
